Many people say music can help express the way you are feeling, or create a mood. Everyone has their go to artist, band, genre or song, some have playlists for moods. Sometimes creating a playlist can help you throughout the day, it gives you something to listen to on your walk to class, during exercise, while cooking dinner or just during me time.
